Founded in 1996, Clarks Attorneys is one of South Africa’s pre-eminent family law firms, proudly led by a dynamic team of women. We are a boutique, highly specialised firm practising exclusively in family and personal law, committed to doing everything humanly possible to provide our clients with expert advice, tailored solutions and an unmatched standard of excellence in our work.

Our managing director, Beverley Clark, has over 30 years of experience, is held in high regard by colleagues both nationally and internationally, and has been a fellow of the prestigious International Academy of Family Lawyers since 2007. She is also on the Steering Committee of the Cambridge Forum on International High Net Worth Family Law. This global network enhances our ability to provide informed, innovative solutions in both local and international family law matters.

For three years running, we have authored the South African chapter of the Chambers and Partners International Family Law Guide, and have also previously authored chapters on South African Family Law for the Thomson Reuters Practical Law Family Global Guide and the Global Legal Groups’ International Comparative Guide on Family Law.
