Belinda Corrigan

Belinda Corrigan began her legal career in 2015 at a leading Intellectual Property law firm in Johannesburg. She has since gained broad experience across civil litigation, intellectual property, labour law, medical law, and family law. She obtained her LLB from the University of South Africa in 2020, joined Clarks Attorneys in 2023, and was admitted as an attorney the same year.

Over time, Belinda developed a strong passion for family law and chose to specialise in this field. She has particular expertise in children’s matters, regularly appearing in the Children’s Court and Maintenance Court on behalf of her clients. Belinda is committed to achieving solutions that prioritise the best interests of children, and she values sensitivity as a strength in navigating emotionally charged disputes.

Outside of her legal practice, Belinda enjoys an active lifestyle, with a particular love for weightlifting, running, and yoga. She also treasures quieter moments at home with her husband, cats and a good book.
