Imke Higgo holds an LLB degree from Stellenbosch University, where she was actively involved in student societies and participated in numerous moot court competitions.
She joined Clarks Attorneys in 2024 as a candidate attorney, bringing with her a strong interest in both family law and emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence. Her curiosity about the intersection of law and technology led her to complete a specialised course in AI during her studies.
Imke is committed to practicing with empathy, diligence, and attention to detail. She is focused on developing her skills in navigating complex legal issues while always prioritising the well-being of her clients. With a particular interest in matters affecting children and international family law, she approaches each case with empathy and precision. She has worked on some particularly challenging cases, honing her skills in something of a baptism by fire.
Outside of work, Imke enjoys running, spending time with family, friends, and her dogs, and reading.
